The Sukkur Chamber of Commerce & Industry possesses the geographical importance as it is the hub of Sindh, Punjab & Baluchistan Provinces. This Chamber was established in 1962 under the Companies Ordinance 1913. It is a licensed Trade Organizations with the Directorate General of Trade Organizations, Government of Pakistan. It is one of the oldest Chamber of Pakistan and since its establishment it is performing its mandated duty for the betterment of Socio Economic conditions of Upper Sindh Region and also playing an active role in building strong relationship between its members and Government institutions. Its management is composed of elected President, Senior Vice President, Vice President & Executive Committee Members formed by the annual election under the Directorate General Trade Organization rules and its administration is dealt by the Secretary General. The Committees formed by the Management & Conveners advocate & liaise with Government Institutions and other Stakeholders.
